We have been commissioned to develop designs for a new incubation space at the existing Millennium Point facility. The following Concept images are for a new Incubation Space at Millennium Point, Birmingham. The refurbishment of the existing space will include a new reception, breakout spaces, offices and meeting rooms.

Millennium Point, Birmingham Eastside’s anchor building which fronts Eastside City Park and is opposite the site of the new HS2 Birmingham Curzon Street Station, is owned by Millennium Point Trust. 

The 360,000-sq. ft. building provides workspace, offices and studios to tenants, most with interests in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) as well as offering creative working and learning environments and hosting events, training, conferences and exhibitions. 

During the past four years, commercial activities in the building have enabled Millennium Point Trust to donate more than £4m to organisations, projects and initiatives that support access to STEM related education in the Midlands.
